    With its three decades of experience, Dimple's Bombay Talk has combined with the youth's creativity to create Bombay Talk Resto Bar. Dimple restaurant was founded in 1989 as a mom-and-pop restaurant on Oak Tree road. Born out of its image comes Dimple's Bombay Talk Resto-Bar serving the same quality and creativity you know and love with a fine dining twist. Indulge your senses with authentic yet modern dishes and exquisite cocktails over the leisurely conversation. With its location in the heart of an ethnic-centric population in the Edison-Woodbridge area, the vision was to create an elegant environment that was well-suited to have a vibrant ambiance with cultural and culinary diversity served on every plate. We accommodate all different palates, from street fair to North Indian cuisine, and our food traverses India's length and breadth.


    We are defined as a fine dining restaurant that delivers explicitly varied tastes of India. Today, our restaurants offer a stimulating atmosphere and provide freshly cooked meals of exceptional taste and innovative recipes. It has also successfully popularized the concept of fusion food by blending Thai and Chinese flavors. This breath of quality menu and attentive service inspired Condé Nast to recognize Bombay Talk as a must-eat place in the USA for mouth-watering Indian food.  Our location and creativity were featured twice in the New York Times as well. We stand apart by offering our guests authentic Indian food with selected ingredients in spice and flavor on each plate since 1989.    


    After 25 years of fine-tuning, product development, and delivering food consistency, our small eatery experiment of the eighties has now grown into four hugely successful restaurants under the banner of Dimple's Bombay Talk.  It also has operating affiliations with two other farming enterprises.  Adapting to the strong market trend in the nineties, we quickly added take-outs/delivery of party trays serving 50-500 people and offering on-site catering with themed food stations for 100-1000 people. From these locations, we currently serve over 5,000 to 7,000 customers each week.


    Our Edison-Woodbridge based company continues to be owned and operated by the same founding family and enjoy substantial market share and name recognition.
